Our strongest asset continues to be the dedicated, caring leadership of our staff team. All of our staff are chosen for their maturity and ability to be excellent role models for the children in their care. Our rigorous selection process includes interviews, reference checks, and in-depth background checks. Staff training includes first aid, games, behavior management, character development, safety, team building and so much more!
We seek uniquely qualified individuals to make our camp special and continue our long tradition of fun and growth. Please see our list of available openings, below. All positions require attendance of several pre-camp training dates, usually including First Aid and CPR. These are held evenings/weekends in June.
Aquatics Director
requirements:
At least 21 years of age
At least 18 weeks of facility or 12 weeks of camp Lifeguard experience
Have a Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer taken on or after 9/1/2018
Have a valid Management of Lifeguard certification (can train if does not possess)
WSI (would be a plus but not a deal breaker if not)
