Follow these 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Register!
Click HERE and tap “pay by check” when you register.
Step 2: Fundraise!
Join the team by clicking HERE and raise $50 on your CrowdRise Campaign!
Step 3: Train!
Attend 8 training sessions (listed below) during the month of April at the White Plains YMCA. Once you are registered for the 5K, you may participate in the classes below for FREE even if you’re not a Y member!
Strength & Conditioning with Heather Tuesdays 4:45-5:30
Boot Camp with Dan Fridays 5:15pm – 5:45pm
Spin Express with Heather (must be 5ft tall) Wednesdays and Fridays 5:45-6:15pm
Pilates with Alice Thursdays 6:40pm-7:4pm
Strong by Zumba with Anna Sundays 10am-11am
**these are the only authorized classes. Free for race registrants only**
Classes begin April 1 and conclude April 25th (no classes April 28th)
You MUST bring your 5K registration receipt to the White Plains Y to participate in free classes!
Step 4: Run!
When you arrive at Camp Combe on April 29, we will verify you have met your fundraising and training goals and you are all set to run! If you have NOT met these goals, you will be required to pay the $25 registration fee at the door (cash, check, and credit cards will be accepted).
