2017 Camp Combe 5K Fund Raiser
Join us on Saturday, April 29, 2017 for our first annual Camp Combe 5K! Part uphill battle, part adventure race, and all FUN! The event will take place on Camp Combe’s 100 acre property. Registrants are encouraged to invite friends, form teams, race as a family (including the family dog!), wear matching outfits, and have fun!

Starting at 10:00am at the Rides In/Out fence, runners/walkers/hikers/joggers will travel across the bridge, past mini camp, through the Berkshires huddle site, up to zip line, across to giant swing, through Andes huddle site, behind archery, down the boardwalk, past the pool, around the water slide, across the 9 square court, past the lodge, cross the giant field… AND do it all again to pass the finish line!!!
Runners/walkers/hikers/joggers will receive water along the course.
The registration fee is $30 which includes a finisher medal, water, and GoGoSqueez at the finish line! If you are a Camp Combe Family, simply log into your existing account and follow the steps. If you are new to the Camp Combe family, simply create a new account! CLICK HERE to be transported to Camp Combe’s Registration Page! The registration deadline is April 25, 2017. Participants who register after the deadline are not guaranteed a finisher medal. Registration may take place onsite on race day. Race day registration fee is $40 and participants registering the day-of cannot be guaranteed a finisher medal.
Every dollar raised goes to provide financial assistance so that children, families and individuals can be a part of our Y regardless of income level. We believe that every member of our community needs a place like the Y, where they can belong and grow. Participants who raise $25 or more will receive a Camp Combe 5K Race Day t-shirt. T-shirts will be given to qualifying fund raisers at check-in. Participants who register on race day cannot be guaranteed a t-shirt. Credit card donations will be tracked through CrowdRise. Race Day Details:
Registered participants will check-in between 8:30 and 9:30am at the lodge to receive race day information, turn-in any cash or check donations, and show proof they have reached their $25 minimum fundraising goal to receive their t-shirt. After the race, participants and their supporters will be able to tour the Flat Field Vendor Marketplace and the Lodge to purchase any refreshments or Camp Combe apparel.
Participants and their supporters should arrive at Camp Combe between 8:30 and 9:30am through the Rides In/Out entrance and will be directed to park on the Main Field.
We ask that your dog is well-mannered and kept on-leash at all times. If you choose to bring your pup, please make sure that you have the appropriate materials to clean up after your dog. We will have cleanup stations and doggy water bowls for your pup available during the event.
Cheering Squad Details:
Folks cheering on their friends and family are encouraged to remain at lower camp: Pool Field, Spruce Tables, Flat Field, Lodge, and the Old Pavilion. Cheering squads will have the best high-five and photo-ops in these areas!
